Founded in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2022, The Wave Africa Media began as a dream shaped by a love of music and visual storytelling. What started as a creative vision has grown into a media company bringing ideas to life through music videos, event coverage, and film production. We work across directing, cinematography, and lighting to create visuals that connect with audiences and reflect the stories behind each project. Our goal is to keep growing, collaborate with creative talent in Nigeria and beyond, and contribute to the future of African media.

Where it started
The Wave Africa Media was founded in 2022 with one clear mission: to create cinematic work that authentically represents African culture, energy, and artistry. We started in Nigeria, embedded in its music scene — one of the most vibrant on the continent.
From day one, we partnered with some of Nigeria's most recognised artists, bringing their creative visions to life through music videos, live event coverage, and commercial productions that resonate far beyond the screen.
